On-Line Training

On-line training is available at a rate of 85.00/hour. It is recommended for customers who need refreshers in specific areas of eClubLogic™ or with any of the add-on modules. New customers deploying full eClubLogic™ are strongly encouraged to take advantage of other training options due to the obvious interactive limitations of web based training.

Initial In-House Training

In house training provides an economical way for new sites to deploy quickly. The standard rate is $200.00/person for a two day course. It is on a monthly basis (except in December) typically on the third Thursday and Friday of each month; at our corporate offices in Silver Spring, Maryland just outside of our Nations Capital. Training sessions provide you the opportunity to meet with other Motionsoft users. To view an overview of the curriculum click here. All courses incorporate hands-on exercises to ensure the training information has been fully absorbed. A copy of the training manual is presented at the end of each session for ongoing reference.

Advanced In-House Training

Held on a quarterly basis, advanced training provides clients who have been on the eClubLogic™ platform for at least one year with the opportunity to meet other users in a collaborative environment. The sessions will be moderated by a Senior Trainer. Clients are encouraged to exchange ideas while learning about advanced features of the application like series sale management, gift cards programs and ad-hoc reporting. Advanced training includes lunch on both training days as well as dinner after the first day of training. The cost for this training is 399.00 per person for the two day course.

On Site Custom Training

On site Courses are available for operators, managers & IT engineers and they comprise of a series of half day training sessions. The number of sessions required is dependent upon the users to be trained; therefore sessions are tailor-made to each client's requirements. The rate for onsite training is 895.00/Day plus travel related expenses.

Motionsoft training professionals will:

  • configure specially designed courses around clients' requirements
  • offer staggered or phased training sessions for clients with extended implementation periods
  • offer refresher training to provide clients with an opportunity to reacquaint themselves with the skills they may have forgotten

Go Live Support and Training

Motionsoft also provides an option for a member of our training staff to be present on-site when the installation is complete and the system goes live for the first time. Any operational issues can be resolved and clients can ensure they are using the system optimally. GoLive support provides clients with invaluable expert assistance at a time when they need it most.
