Q: Is there an easier way to enter multiple payments for monthly invoicing?

Using the Member Accounts Payable screen from Management>>Member Account Payment can shorten this process. The field labeled Member Id is a member quick search field. By entering last name, Id number, or barcode number in this field will search for the member. To get the advanced search screen just hit the enter key while the field is blank.

After each payment is tendered the payment screen comes back blank.
