Q: Why are member's statuses not changing?
A:
(In manual page: 295)
- You need to run the End of Day process from the Menu (Back Office >> End of Day)
- This will update the Status for any thing the has a status in eClubLogic:
- Member Contracts
- Series Items
- Gift Cards
- Many of the reports under Reports >> Membership Management are also on as accurate as the last time End of Day was run
- It will only take a few minutes and only ties up the workstation it is run from
- Please contact the KI Support team to find out how to automate End of Day
