Q: Why are member's statuses not changing?

(In manual page: 295)

  1. You need to run the End of Day process from the Menu (Back Office >> End of Day)
  2. This will update the Status for any thing the has a status in eClubLogic:
    1. Member Contracts
    2. Series Items
    3. Gift Cards
  3. Many of the reports under Reports >> Membership Management are also on as accurate as the last time End of Day was run
  4. It will only take a few minutes and only ties up the workstation it is run from
  5. Please contact the KI Support team to find out how to automate End of Day
