Q: What steps are involved in the eClubLogic Rollout process?

After purchasing eClubLogic there is a Six Step process to get your facility up and running. The process takes from 4 to 5 weeks starting with Step 2: Training. Average times for each Step:

Step 1: Setting up a Rollout Team 1 week
Step 2: Training 2 to 5 days
Step 3: Setup 2 to 3 weeks
Step 4: Test Import 1 week
Step 5: Training Front Line Staff 1 to 2 weeks
Step 6: Final Import and Go Live 1 to 2 days
