Q: How do I return an item that a member has purchased?

  1. Go to POS screen and add the same item to the transaction
  2. Click on the name of the item
  3. Click on the "Return Item" button or hit the F8 key on your keyboard
    1. This will change the quantity to a negative witch in turn changes price to negative
    2. If item was previously sold a discount the discount will have to be entered again
  4. Clicking on "Tender" (F10) will take you to the Tender screen
    1. All tender amounts will be negative and will be returned to customer via:
      1. Giving cash back
      2. Crediting their credit card
      3. Placing credit on their club account
  5. If Item was a Product that you are tracking Stock on you will also have to do Inventory adjustment to place it back into stock if you are going to resell item.
