Q: How do I refund a Series Item (PT) package?
A:
(In manual page: 226)
- On the Series Management Screen (Screen you go to use a session) Click on the "View Details" button. This will take you to the Series Management Details screen
- On the Details Screen highlight the package you want to return
- In the middle of the screen click on the "Return" button.
- This will launch the POS screen with package pulled up as a return
- The package will be at the previous sales price
- The package will be prorated if any of the sessions were used
