Q: How do I refund a Series Item (PT) package?

(In manual page: 226)

  1. On the Series Management Screen (Screen you go to use a session) Click on the "View Details" button. This will take you to the Series Management Details screen
  2. On the Details Screen highlight the package you want to return
  3. In the middle of the screen click on the "Return" button.
  4. This will launch the POS screen with package pulled up as a return
    1. The package will be at the previous sales price
    2. The package will be prorated if any of the sessions were used
