Q: After an import of my old data, why are there no membership classes available in the New Member Wizard?

A:

  1. Membership Classes are not fully setup.
  2. Charges (Membership Fee Inventory Items) Setup >> Membership >> Charges (In manual page: 108)
    1. Check GL Code
    2. Check Price
    3. Check Recurring Charges Allowed
    4. Set Charge Type
      1. Paid in Full
      2. Monthly
      3. Processing
      4. Initiation
  3. Classes (Membership Contract Templates) Setup >> Membership >> Classes (In manual page: 112)
    1. Class Type
      1. Make sure at least one "Prospect" class is setup
    2. Default Duration
    3. Sales Discount ***Optional
    4. Available at Facilities
    5. Allowed Payment Types
    6. Allowed Billing Cycles
    7. Link to Inventory Items
      1. Paid in Full
      2. Monthly
      3. Initiation
    8. Check In Privileges
      1. Allowed number of facilities
      2. Allowed hours
