eScheduler

eScheduler is a software tool that adds to the member management capabilities of eCLubLogic™ and enhances the services provided by the Series Sale module. Once it is integrated with the other parts of eClubLogic™, club personnel are able to set up individual member and group appointments with club fitness trainers and exercise physiologists. The software enables club personnel to view the inventory of pre-paid services on an individual member's account using the Point-Of-Sale (POS) screen. Personnel can then schedule members into available time slots for one-on-one training or group exercise sessions. The software facilitates the storage and retrieval of very detailed information on appointment time availability, appointment schedules, member adherence to booked appointment times as well as staff skill inventories. Club personnel are able to match staff skills with member needs in scheduling appointments and change appointment times when circumstances demand it. The program maintains a complete inventory of resources that are available, allowing personnel to quickly review the times available for booking facilities like pools, tennis courts, gyms, or massage tables without fear of scheduling conflicts. Numerous reports detailing patterns of member and staff usage of facilities can be generated.
