eClubLogic™ - Series Sales

Series sales is the term used to mean the selling of personal fitness services as a package, referred to as a "series item". Series items are easily tracked, counted down, and commissioned by eClubLogic™. Usually, personal training packages and spa service packages are made up of one or more "sessions". Prospects or club members use sessions until the number of sessions purchased is exhausted. As sessions are used, eClubLogic™ generates performance commission schedules that are used to calculate commissions payable to those employees conducting the sessions. Usually the amount payable is based on the number of sessions conducted. Furthermore, eClubLogic™ provides management with the ability to incorporate bonus payments into the commission schedule that are triggered when a given employee exceeds management's preset sales goals. The system tracks sales of these packaged items at the individual member level and provides a set of related sales reports.

This series sales capability allows club management to:

  • Record the sale of series items or personal training packages to both prospects and members;
  • Create commission schedules;
  • Assign specific performance commission schedules to individual employees;
  • Control the assignment of employees to specific sessions;
  • Generate performance commission reports;
  • Identify members who are high users of series services as well as those who are non-users or less likely to purchase these services;
  • And, track member history, usage, and personal preference.
