eClubLogic™ - Member Management

Managing members means assuring that members are thoroughly satisfied with their club and the services it provides. The goal is to manage the member's experiences at the club and their interaction with club personnel in such a way as to assure his or her continued club membership. The objective is membership retention. The method is to use technology to enhance the club experience. To that end, eClubLogic™ contains a Membership Management module that facilitates:

  • The renewal of old or expiring membership contracts;
  • The drafting of new contracts;
  • The creation of special billing plans for a member's recurring charges;
  • Changing club account information;
  • Catering to dependent member requests;
  • And, conducting member sales transactions.

In addition, the system facilitates management of corporate accounts. Corporations often enter into a contractual relationship with a club in order to sponsor their employees as members of the club. The corporate agreement between the club and the corporation outlines the benefits an employee of the corporation who joins the club will enjoy. Often, initial payments and recurring charges may be split between the corporation and their employee, and sometimes the corporation simply pays for all employee-incurred club expenses. eClubLogic™ accommodates all of the financial nuances involved in servicing corporate-sponsored memberships. Billing misunderstandings are eliminated and corporate memberships are retained.
