eClubLogic™ - Inventory Products and Services
Our Inventory module is a critical part of the club management system. Inventory covers three significant areas which provide a snapshot of total retail operations:
- Products
- Services
- Membership fees
Club management can review inventory levels and sales activity by product or service line. Gross margin and cost of goods reports are easily generated and inventory audits are simplified. Moreover, the timely inventory data can be invaluable help in designing special sales promotions or membership retention packages.
The advanced nature of the Inventory module requires club management to undertake some initial setup activities. However, eClubLogic™ carefully guides the user through the steps necessary to establish a set of product and service categories and sub-categories into which all inventory items fall. It allows the user to establish a vendor list associated with each product line and then set up point of sale operations linked to inventory data. Inventory levels are then automatically adjusted and tracked as sales occur. The Point of Sale (POS) will not allow a sale to be completed if a particular item is out of stock. The software facilitates the issuance of restocking orders as well as the reconciliation of recorded inventory levels with the results of physical inventory counts (audits).
