eClubLogic™ - Check-in

The Check-in module provides those in charge of the front desk with important tools for regulating check-in activity and preventing unauthorized entry. The module triggers audible alerts and denies unauthorized individuals access to a facility. It also detects double entries and time restricted entries that are borderline or close to violating time usage restrictions. It can be set to trigger warning to members regarding approaching expiration dates for credit cards, the existence of over due club payments, and pending expiration dates for membership or locker contracts. All check-ins are recorded, thereby providing a facility usage history for every club member. In order to accommodate both monitored and unattended member check-in there are three different modes of operation:

  • Attended mode
  • Auto mode
  • Quick mode

It is also used in conjunction with other modules to:

  • Conduct a sales transaction;
  • Make a payment on a member's club account;
  • Make a full or partial payment directed at clearing a transaction balance on a "On Hold" membership contract;
  • Manage member activities related to their participation in a series item they purchased;
  • Take a member's picture;
  • And, change a member’s bar code.
