Full Featured Club Management Software

eClubLogic™ is designed to be a complete, data intensive, club management software system that captures and stores data from across the entire health and fitness club operation. It allows club management a great deal of discretion in tailoring data capture and storage activity to the "personality" of the club, in order to meet the needs of club management. Furthermore, it incorporates state-of-the-art data retrieval and updating methods to simplify staff responsibilities in membership management, and encourage full use of the system's capabilities. The initial database consists of club information already held in your existing systems. Existing member profile information is updated and augmented and prospective member information is gathered and added to what can be referred to as the customer data bank. Operating in real time, the system adds information to the customer data bank by capturing, in a variety of ways, both the member and prospective members' utilization of the facility and their purchase of associated services, advertised optional services, and retail products. With this information on file, management is able to review both behavioral patterns of utilization and the number and kinds of products and services purchased

By building in a number of easy-to-use data retrieval tools, eClubLogic™ makes it simple for club personnel to update a member's status or relationship to the club by adding to or changing the information that is recorded in the member's contractual agreement. All billing and accounts receivable information (whether it is part of the prospective member records, guest records, or member-specific records) is collected and stored as a part of that person's record. This makes it possible to monitor the status of individuals and adopt pro-active policies and strategies designed to keep current members fully paid, convert prospective members into paid-up current members and identify good prospective members by reviewing their spending behavior as guests. The system also makes it simple to minimize disruptions by denying club access to those who cannot follow club rules or are seriously delinquent in paying their bills. Moreover, this membership software system delegates a great deal of discretion to club management in determining system settings for variables that trigger other actions. For example, club management would decide how much leeway to build into the billing cycle and exactly how many days past due constituted "serious delinquency" in payment. The Billing and Accounts Receivable module capabilities are robust, utilizing commonly accepted accounting principles.
