CLIENT: The Prairie Athletic Club

THE CHALLENGE:

Develop an online portal that would give members the ability to visit the existing Prairie site and accomplish certain membership related tasks including updating CC information, viewing club accounts and checking on visit histories.

Motionsoft SOLUTION:

Motionsoft developed MyClub an on line accounts module designed to allow members to accomplish the tasks above as well as numerous others in a secure environment using off the shelf web services technology.

THE RESULTS:

The MyClub application has been deployed by Prairie, and will serve as the first line to addressing member disputes. The company expects to see a decline in front desk and back office call by members.

CLIENT: Equinox Fitness Clubs

THE CHALLENGE:

Integrate the eClubLogic™ Gift Card Module to other point of sale systems the company has deployed

Motionsoft SOLUTION:

Motionsoft developed an API designed to allow point of sale systems to access gift card balance and send back transaction details.

THE RESULTS:

Equinox is now able to report gift card usage and details from a single database of record even though transactions are occurring across multiple point-of-sale systems.
