To get the most benefit out of your Motionsoft Applications, sign up for a support contract and receive personalized service from a member of our support staff.

Support Contracts

Motionsoft's support contracts are facility based and are purchased in one year increments. Customers maintaining support are entitled to the following:

  • New releases of the supported application and patches;
  • Unlimited telephone support;
  • Email questions answered within one business day;
  • 25% discount on Motionsoft consulting and development services;
  • And, offsite support using Webex or PC Anywhere allowing technical support personnel to temporarily control your computer to resolve issues. You may need to install the Webex client to enable this, which you can delete once everything is working.

If you wish to resume a support contract after it has lapsed, you may do so by paying for the period from the time it has lapsed.
