eClubLogic Front Desk
eClubLogic™ Front Desk is a scaled down version of eClubLogic™. It has all the features of eClubLogic™ except billing and point-of-sale capabilities. At Motionsoft we saw the need to design software for corporate fitness facilities and other health or fitness facilities that may have security but not billing concerns, and do not wish to sell goods utilizing an integrated software system.
This version of eClubLogic™ retains the key security features of our Check-In Module, providing the user with important tools for regulating and tracking check-in activity while preventing unauthorized entry. The system allows those in charge to track attendance and regulate check-in using bar codes and video ID. As is the case with the full featured version of eClubLogic™, the check-in function operates in three different modes:
- Attended Mode
- Automatic Mode
- Quick Mode
Member management services are carried out in the Attended mode, while both Automatic and Quick entry modes allow the member to swipe his or her membership card to gain entry. In all three modes an electronic log of those who have checked in is kept on file.
