Technical Support Specialist
We are currently looking for a highly motivated person to join our Customer Care team. We offer a great benefit package: Medical, Dental, Vision insurance, paid vacations, paid education and the opportunity to grow within the company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer questions over the phone and/or reply to e-mails.
- Assist customers with questions/problems pertaining to our software and hardware (i.e. printers, web cameras, cash drawers, etc.).
- Train clients at our headquarters office or at the client’s site on how to use our software (some travel may be required).
Skill Requirements:
- Working knowledge of:
- Windows 2000/XP/Vista
- Microsoft Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Access)
- Internet Explorer
- Mozilla Firefox
- Remote Desktop Connection
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exhibit exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to work well in groups and individually.
- Great initiative and able to work with little supervision.
- Candidate must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Experience utilizing a help desk ticketing system is a major plus.
Experience in the Health and Fitness Industry is a must.
Not Required but a plus:
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2000/2005
- Networking experience
